Shipping
Available shipping options and charges are presented at checkout where applicable. Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for any applicable import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges. Please contact Coastline Manufacturing promptly if an order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by arrangement. Customers who select local pickup at checkout will be contacted by email so Coastline Manufacturing can coordinate a pickup time and location. The pickup address is provided privately as part of that coordination and is not published on this website.
Pickup Scheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when confirming a requested pickup time. Pickup is by appointment only. Do not arrive without a confirmed pickup time and location.
Order Readiness
Local pickup orders are typically ready within 48 hours of purchase. Custom, made-to-order, high-volume, or otherwise delayed orders may require additional time. Coastline Manufacturing will contact you when your order is ready and a pickup appointment can be arranged.
Missed / Rescheduled Pickups
If you cannot attend a confirmed appointment, please contact Coastline Manufacturing as soon as reasonably possible. A new pickup time and location will be arranged by email. Missed pickups do not convert the order into an unscheduled pickup; a confirmed appointment is still required.
