& Product Disclaimer

01

Aftermarket Product Status

Coastline Manufacturing products are independently designed aftermarket components. Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, they are not original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”) parts and are not certified, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by any vehicle manufacturer or regulatory body. References to vehicle makes, models, or trademarks are used only to describe intended compatibility.

02

Product Compatibility

Vehicle production changes, prior modifications, regional specifications, and differences between individual vehicles may affect fitment. Product listings describe known intended applications but do not replace the purchaser’s own verification. Before ordering, the purchaser must confirm vehicle details, dimensions, gauge or component sizing, and any other relevant specifications. Contact us before purchase if compatibility is uncertain.

03

Installation and Modification

Professional installation by a qualified automotive technician is recommended. Installation may require tools, drilling, trimming, adjustment, or removal of factory components where disclosed in the product listing. The purchaser and installer are responsible for following appropriate procedures, inspecting the product before use, and stopping installation if the part appears damaged, incompatible, or unsafe. Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification may not be covered.

04

Vehicle and Regulatory Compliance

The purchaser is responsible for determining whether purchase, installation, and use of a product complies with applicable vehicle-safety, roadworthiness, emissions, inspection, insurance, warranty, and other legal requirements. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and vehicle use. Coastline Manufacturing does not represent that every product is lawful for every vehicle, public-road application, competition use, or location.

05

Assumption of Risk

Aftermarket components may affect vehicle operation, airflow, instrumentation, visibility, warranty coverage, or other systems. The purchaser accepts the risks reasonably associated with selecting, installing, and using an aftermarket component, including risks arising from incompatible applications or improper installation. This allocation of risk applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not remove any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

06

Warranty

Products will be supplied as described and with the quality, fitness, durability, and other conditions or warranties required by applicable law. Any additional written warranty stated on a product page also applies. To the extent permitted by law, warranty coverage does not extend to normal wear, cosmetic variation inherent in additive manufacturing, misuse, accident, improper storage or installation, use outside the stated application, or unauthorized alteration. Nothing in these Terms excludes or diminishes statutory conditions or warranties that cannot lawfully be waived.

07

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Coastline Manufacturing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from a product or its installation or use. Where liability may lawfully be limited, Coastline Manufacturing’s aggregate liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, and nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

08

Returns and Refunds

Contact quotes@coastlinemfg.com before returning any product. Return eligibility may depend on the product, its condition, whether it was custom or made to order, and any return terms disclosed at purchase. Unless required by law or agreed in writing, custom or modified products are generally not returnable merely because they are no longer wanted. Products received damaged, defective, or materially different from their description should be reported promptly with photographs and order details. Nothing in this section limits cancellation, refund, or other rights available under applicable law.

09

Shipping

Shipping and production dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. The purchaser is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for applicable import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges. Coastline Manufacturing will take reasonable care in packaging and dispatch but is not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, supply interruptions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Report apparent transit damage promptly.

10

Governing Law: British Columbia, Canada

These Terms and each sale are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere, the courts of British Columbia will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or a sale.

11

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. No provision is intended to waive or restrict a right, protection, remedy, warranty, or liability that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.

12

Changes to These Terms

Coastline Manufacturing may update these Terms for future transactions. Changes take effect when posted or when otherwise communicated and do not retroactively alter the terms governing an order already accepted, unless the purchaser agrees or applicable law requires otherwise. The date above identifies the current version.
